IMPORTANT NOTIFICIATION FOR VISA/MASTERCARD CUSTOMERS
As a valued BloomNet Member, we are proactively reaching out to you to alert you of potential class action settlement dollars that might be due to your shop!
In 2019, a $5.54 Billion settlement was approved by the court involving Visa and MasterCard interchange fees, which has now been finalized and is currently entering the claims process. It's our understanding that, if your company accepted Visa and/or MasterCard branded debit or credit cards at any time between January 1, 2004 and January 25, 2019, then you may be eligible to recover a portion of these settlement proceeds for your business.
To help you file your claim in a prompt manner before the February 4th, 2025 deadline, BloomNet has retained the services of Slateshore Recovery, a Class-Action Recovery firm, to assist eligible BloomNet Members to recover any settlement dollars that may be due to your shop.

Please include "Catastrophic Fund", the Shop Name, a Shop Code (if applicable) & any other necessary information in your message.

*BloomNet® will match dollar for dollar, up to $5,000, contributed to The AIFD Foundation Catastrophic Fund by BloomNet members.
